Rates
November 16th through May 1st is considered off season and rates begin at $325 a night. May 1st through August 1st is the summer season and rates start at $375. August 1st-November 15th is high season and rates start at $475 a night with a 2 night minimum. Prices are subject to change. For more information please contact us.
Policies
As a FYI the owner's live downstairs from the apartment on the first floor.
The backyard is not included in the rental of the apartment.
The apartment is for 4 people only no additional overnight guests.
Due to insurance no children under 5 years old. The space is not childproofed.
No pets are allowed.
No parties.
