With Salem's rich history there is so much to see and do! These are just a few of our favorites. We didn't have space to touch upon all the wonderful restaurants, festivals and outdoor activities to do and see!

House of Seven Gables

Visit this house built in 1668 built by the Turner Family see how they lived in Salem so many years ago.

Peabody Essex Museum

A 8 min walk from the Thomas Brown House is the "PEM" a world class museum. Offering rotating exhibits and permeant collections of early American New England made furniture, nautical history and historical artifacts. A replica of Cleopatra's barge and 16 room fully reassembled Chinese mountain home in the museum! Also a beautiful gift shop!

Salem Witch Museum

A 8 min walk from the Thomas Brown House visit the museum to learn all the history of the witch trials.

Ropes Mansion

Featured in the movie Hocus Pocus. The stately mansion was home to three generations of the Ropes family​ and is recognized as one of New England's most significant and thoroughly documented historic houses. Enjoy a self guided tour here.

Salem Witch House

The Witch House was the home of Judge Jonathan Corwin (1640–1718) and is one of the few structures you can visit in Salem with direct ties to the Salem witch trials of 1692.

The 1692 Before and After Tour

This walking tour is one that I recommend to all my guests! Jeff is a long time resident of Salem who delivers accurate facts based on his ongoing and extensive research in the history of Salem and those souls who lived here and effected its history.

Timothy Reagan and Leanne Marrama own this shop and are both Witches, united by friendship and magickal traditions. Here they provide readings and workshops. Also, you will find books, gifts and magical supplies.

Red's Sandwich Shop

Red's Sandwich Shop is located in the historic London Coffee House ca. 1698, which was the meeting place of the Patriots before the America Revolution. Red's has been proudly serving the residents and tourists to Salem since 1945. Serving breakfast and lunch.
